Local stone house (Gîte on the left) with all comforts and a beautiful sea view. Area of 80 m2. I live on the right-hand side.
Ground floor: Dining/living room with comfortable sofa bed.
Fully-equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster).
FLOOR: landing with large closet, WC, shower room with double basins, two bedrooms. TV.
Completely independent except from the shared courtyard for parking. Motorized gate.
4-star Manche Tourism label.
Barbecue room. Bike room. Two terraces, one of which has a beautiful sea view. Garden and access to the hill overlooking the 7km beach.
Jaccuzi/SPA for 6 people less than 20 m from the gîte (optional package).
5 min walk to beach, bakery, bar-tobac-grocery, restaurant.
10 min walk to surf school, gourmet restaurant
10 min by car to a dynamic community with three supermarkets
