Located in the heart of the financial district of Amsterdam (Zuidas), on walking distance from train and metro station Amsterdam Zuid, you will find a neat apartment with a balcony. This +/- 80 m2 apartment feels very open and bright and dates from the year 2016.
I will be happy to share my personal space with you and welcome you as a roomie. Keep in mind that it is a loft, = one big open space, which means little privacy. There are doors to the toilet and bathroom.
- Apartment comes with almost no art... but a PS4 to keep your eyes off those pretty white painted walls.
- Also, apartment comes with card and board games... let me know what you like to play. Almost always up for a game and a drink.

- Most important rule: Be yourself.
- Secondly: I prefer the "Roomie" feeling when people are staying over. I have hosted through different platforms... and its always so much nicer if people behave like they always would and just do their own thing (either alone, or together with me).
- I love pets when they are outside of my house, so unfortunately no pets allowed.
- You can smoke on the balcony if you wish.
- I can sometimes host on schooldays. But on these days I will typically need to leave early for work.
- Additional guests (even for a short time) are only allowed when agreed with me.
- For your and my security, I have equipped my apartment (in the hallway) with a security camera, aimed at the front door. It captures and records all movements in the hallway and is not aimed at the living area.
