The neighborhood is a very interesting mix, between old typical Vallarta houses and modern houses, as well as local Mexican people and foreign people. The cobbled streets and full of vegetation, make you feel that it is really worth exploring, going out and getting lost in the small streets of the town. You will feel at home when you come and get involved in the daily life of the local people.
There are also many places like restaurants, cafes and bars near the house.

• Araceli comes to the house every Monday & Thursday to do the cleaning, if you need your room to be clean you have to leave your door open and tell Ara, she will have your room clean.
• Everything is always tidy and clean so we ask to keep the same order, to keep the house clean.
• When leaving the house please leave lights and A / C off.
• When leaving the house please leave the doors tightly closed, all the sliding windows have “sticks” on the floor, which we use to lock the doors. Please use them.
• If you use the kitchen to prepare food, refrigerator, stove, etc., please leave everything clean and tidy after using it. Help us all to be living together in a pleasant, organized and clean space.
• My dogs Pulguita & Arizona, are not allowed to go up to the second floor of the house, nor to the beds, nor to the armchair, so they have their own beds to rest.
No noise or loud music is allowed after 10:00 PM !!
