A silent and modern flat, consisting of a large bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace facing the roofs of central Bologna. The house is located on the fourth floor of a historic building in Bologna, however there is no elevator.
The loft has a comfortable and functional furniture; to sum up - a large bed with wardrobes on both sides structured of drawers and hangers, a two‑person sofa, a flat screen LCD TV facing the bed, a refrigerator and a microwave.
The location is easily reachable from central station by walking in less than 10 minutes, it is just a few meters away from via Indipendenza, Mambo (Museum of contemporary Art, as well as the Gardens of Montagnola, where takes place the famous flea market of "Piazzola (Pitch)” every Friday and Saturday.
There are many restaurants serving local cuisine, vegetarian meals, as well as Michelin certified ones, many supermarkets and typical Bolognese’s shops.

A few meters away from Bar't and few minutes by walking from the “Cassero”.

Parking
You could park on the blue lines in front of the house, a payment is occured, though. However, there are two garages near, as well, where you could park your car, paying for it.

Transportation
From Via dei Mille, Via Marconi and via Indipendenza (a short walk from the house) you can find bus stops for any destination, whether urban or extra-urban. There is also a taxi stand 50 meters away.
