La Querce is a big apartment of 160 m2 which can host up to twelve people, eight in proper beds and four in single bed-chairs in the living room.
The house offers many facilities, bed linens and towels, two bathrooms with three showers and a fully equipped kitchen which includes a gas cooker, electric oven and a dishwasher. There is also an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, internet connection, and fans in every room, very necessary during the hot Florentine summer.
A tiny private garage is available for free to safely park your motorbikes (up to 4 motorbikes) and bicycle.

An extra 70€ for the towels/linen fee, not included in the rental costs, needs to be paid in cash at your arrival within the tourist tax of Florence of 3.00€ per person and per night.
I will need to fix an appointment with you for the check-in, after that, I'll be available for any need during your stay. Please note that after 9pm there's a late check-in fee of 15€. After midnight there's a 15€ extra charge every 30 minutes until 4am.
