You can leave bags before check in time and after check out, in a common (safe) area in the house. Very handy because it is very close to the station and to the pier for the shuttle boat to airport.

Excellent gateway to visit, just 10\15 minutes away from both San Marco and Rialto areas. The neighborhood is not a massive tourism target yet and still preserves charme and sensations of the old and gone Venetian times.

Since I manage a yoga studio, you will have complimentary access to the yoga classes held daily in a beautiful palazzo located 200 meters from the house.

Wi fi is available and you can eventually use the laundry (with extra charge: 14 euro per laundry)

Tourist tax current year: 4 euro per night per person to be paid ******** upon arrival (tax of the Council of Venice: see official link ******** Since every tourist staying in Venice for the night has to pay a City Tax (4 euro per night per person thus year), and has to be registered at the local police office, I will need your document: ID or passport. So please send document the day of arrival or allow me to have a look when you are in the house, in order to get the sensitive information I need. if we cannot meet in person, you must send a pic of your document on your arrival day, not later than that. This is what the Council of Venice asks.

The place in located 5 minutes from Rialto and 15-25 from San Marco (if you wanna walk or take a boat), in the restaurants/boutiques district of Santa Lucia\Rialto. A typical and cozy restaurant is located very close to the house.
The house is located a few steps away from the Grand Canal, overlooking the majestic garden of Palazzo Ca' Tron.

The room is little bit more of 30 square meters. Please be aware that bathroom and kitchen are not private and will be shared with an other room, where I will probably be hosting other guests (not only gay!).
