Location is 1 short block from 2nd St., Belmont Shore, Long Beach and two short block to the ocean. 10 minute drive to Cal State Long Beach, the Queen Mary and the Aquarium. Studio is upstairs so you would need to be able to use stairs. The unit has one bed and is therefore only suitable for couples if there are two people.

One block from a down town area with restaurants, banks, pharmacy and bars (no gay bars). Gay bars are a 5 minute uber from the studio. The beach is two blocks the other way. And the bay is about 6 blocks away. All walkable.
