There are over 30 museums, monuments everywhere, 19 Smithsonian Museums, federal buildings and lots of parks and recreation areas. Biking, walking or taking the metro is easy. Uber, Lyft, bikes and scooters are downstairs. The metro is two blocks away.
There are also many gay bars, clubs and restaurants to take advantage of and I'll be happy to recommend them to you.

You will have full access of your bedroom with queen-size bed, desk, terrace and walk-in closet and the shared areas of the kitchen, living, terrace and dining areas. The building has a gym, great room, library, outdoor seating and eating areas, the pool and bar-b-q. Noise should be kept to a minimum and there is no smoking allowed in or outside of the unit or building.
