The building is right on Sherbrooke Street, yet the apartment faces the back street which leads into a panoramic view of Jacques Cartier bridge. From the roof top, you can enjoy amazing views of the city and the Jacques Cartier Bridge and the International Fireworks in the summer time. Closest metro station is Frontenac which is 15-minutes walking distance, and the bus stop for the route 24 heading to downtown is right across the street.
