1 - To the Airport - walk 20 minutes to Penn Station
2 - at Penn Station take LIRR to Jamaica Station for about 20 min.
3 - Take Air train at Jamica Station to your terminal - 5 to 10 min.

4- Do the opposite upon arriving in NY.
