Since it's right in the heart of Condesa, anything you might want or need is within a few blocks. We have lots and lots of restaurants, bars, clubs, parks, coffee shops - all within a 3 minute walk. Public transportation is a couple of blocks away and not to mention this is probably the nicest neighborhood in Mexico City to just hang out... (not probably, definitely).

No parties - only paying guests welcome. Under no circumstances are third party guests welcome. This may be a deal breaker but I've had bad experiences in the past, hope you guys understand! There's no smoking in the bedrooms, but you can smoke on the balcony and enjoy the view so it's a win/win :) The washer/dryer is off limits, if you want to do laundry, Jaunita can happily do it for you!
