When you rent the entire Beach Pad you will have 4 individual studio lofts and the main 3/2 surf house plus the roof top deck. We include everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Rincón, Puerto Rico including towels, toiletries, fully stocked kitchen/kitchenettes with local Puerto Rican coffee and all the beach gear you need: beach towels, chairs and a cooler.
The Surf House is the original, fully equipped home on the ground level of The Beach Pad. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath private space offers a high-quality accommodation with environmentally responsible standards. The Surf House sleeps up to 8, has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, and a breezy enclosed patio area with two hammocks.
The 4 open floor plan lofts are located on the second and third floor of The Beach Pad. Each private loft includes floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views of the lush, green scenery and a large private balcony with partial ocean views. Based on your preference, choose between either 1 king or 2 twin XL beds in 3 of the lofts (the Penthouse 413 is only a King bed). Each living space includes a pullout couch with a queen sized, premium, cool gel memory foam mattress. All the lofts are complete with a fully equipped kitchenette, 10’ ceilings, fresh linens, a bathroom with walk-in shower, AC, ceiling fans, Wifi and Smart TV.
Enjoy an elevated experience in the Penthouse 413 loft, the only accommodation located on the third floor of The Beach Pad. This loft includes a private balcony with the most picturesque ocean views in the building. Complete with additional amenities to make your penthouse stay even more memorable such as a spa shower, larger television screen and more. The Penthouse 413 Suite is complete with upgraded kitchenette amenities, indoor and outdoor dining areas, spacious closet and a bathroom with a luxurious spa shower.
