"Rules" is a word I was never comfortable with so my approach is based on respect so...
The Don'ts:
* Respect our neighbours. Kindly keep noise at appropriate levels.
* No parties please.
* No pets (unless you travel around with a goldfish which is very OK)
* Drugs...we all know how Escobar ended up (poppers excluded :-) ) .
* Shoes are for protecting our feet while roaming the streets. The pine wood floors are not particularly fond of our soles.
* If you do enjoy smoking as much as I do kindly do so at the balcony.
The Do's:
* Enjoy yourselves!
* Feel free to use my LP collection and spin them at either turntable in the living room or in the study room. (Please follow instructions for use)
* While waiting for your Tinder date to show up, switch on the radio on MW (Medium Waves) . You will be surprised how many countries still broadcast at that band at night.
* Try the feeling of Netflix 4K movies on the black n white TV. I find it extremely surreal! (Please follow instructions for use)
* The kitchen has everything you may need to prepare your meals so as not to starve to death.
* Have fun and make your selves at home! You're paying for it! :-)
