Casa 3 Leones

The southeast of Mallorca is famous for its beautiful beaches and bays. Here the life is original but due to the well organized infrastructure the stay in the area around Santanyi is very pleasant. There are restaurants and cafés in the village, children's playgrounds, a football field and paddle courts. The market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Santanyi is well known and popular throughout the island.

The big village house with massive natural stone walls, whose origin goes back to the beginning of the last century, has been completely renovated and converted into a comfortable holiday home. The original structure has been preserved to the greatest possible extent, but brought up to date with modern materials and technology.

The house offers in the ground floor, partly air-conditioned, a generous, modern living and dining area with an open kitchen, which is perfectly equipped. A shower-bath with guest toilet is available on the ground floor. A living hall has been lavishly restored and forms the stylish heart of the house. From here there is access to the upper floor, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One half of the entire upper floor, which extends over different levels, is occupied by the spacious master room with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

From there there is access to the roof terrace, which offers a wonderful panoramic view. On clear days the view extends from here to the island of Cabrera, the island off the southern coast of Mallorca.

The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, cypresses and citrus trees. The centre of the property is the 13 metre long pool.

Various terraces make the stay outside pleasant and an outdoor kitchen make the property the ideal holiday residence in all seasons.
