All bars, clubs, music venues, restaurants, shopping centers, fun neighborhoods, museums, monuments, etc. are all within 15-20 minutes from our place. You have the unique opportunity to enjoy quiet neighborhood living with all of the amenities of the city at your fingertips. The space is a scenic 4-block walk to Fort Totten metro station which will take you anywhere in DC via the Red, Yellow, and Green lines. Reagan Airport (DCA) is a 30 minute ride via the green and yellow lines. City buses conveniently located across the street will take you directly into downtown while stopping in Columbia Heights, Shaw, U Street, 14th Street...the list goes on. Bikeshare stations are nearby, too. Uber/Lyft/Via private cars and ride shares are plentiful and affordable.
DC is not a huge city so everything is within minutes. A full detailed list of recommended restaurants, bars, clubs, concert venues, gyms, activities, museums, monuments, shopping centers, coffee shops, etc. will be included in our welcome guide, but feel free to reach out if we have questions about anything in particular.

The hosts took the time to best showcase their accommodation. Their home is now ready for your stay and they look forward to welcoming you as their first misterb&b guest!It’s pretty simple, we ask that you treat our home respectfully and not like a hotel. A few rules we must insist on are: smoking only allowed outside the house, keep the noise to a reasonable level after 10pm, keep common areas tidy, and let us know of any issues asap so we can fix quickly. Pets make us allergic so unfortunately we can’t accommodate them. Once you request to book with us, we will send you a rental agreement to e-sign with additional details of the house rules. This protects you as renters and me as host.
