The Desert Princess Condo Community features golf, over 30 pools, a health club, restaurant, and plenty of walking trails. Minutes from Downtown Palm Springs. This recently updated condo features a nice open floor plan and large patio in the back (facing East), and a smaller patio in the front (facing West). I mostly work from home, but am often out. Guests can have full use of the kitchen, dining and living room. I can prepare breakfast for an extra fee. The three panel door in the dining area expands to 7' wide, great for a warm night, or coffee in the morning sun. There is also a small propane fire pit, and a water fountain. Check in time is at three, Check out time is at noon, unless otherwise pre-arranged. Please note that turning the A/C below 72 degrees is an extra charge of $25 per night.
