About the place

Our apartment is "cozy" (approx 625 sq ft). and weI'll be giving up the bedroom for you (and yours, if applicable).

We have a great view from our balcony (which has a BBQ and beer fridge...please BYOB) and you're more than welcome to avail yourself of it (weather-permitting).

There is a coin-op washer and dryer in the basement; it is $1.50 CDN for each.
