Parking is scarce, but doable (easier on weekends). Wi-Fi, full kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower available. I have a small patio, but it is non-smoking. Friday, Of note, Saturday, and Sunday night the bar beside me plays music that the bass can be heard in my unit; I have a white noise maker. I am triple vaxxed for COVID.

Located in upper Columbia Heights, a 7 minute walk to the Columbia heights metro stop directly down 14th street. Within a 2 minute walk are restaurants such as Thip Khao or Zebulon or Tequila Mezcal. Taking the metro to the gay bar Uproar is 2 stops away.
