It is very well located, close to shopping center, gyms, and 20' by metro from downtown Barcelona gay distric.
It has the Can Vidalet and Pubilla Cases metro stations (line 5), as well as the Ca n'Oliveres tram station. Sants Estació train station is a 10 min to my place by metro.
As can be seen in the photos, the apartment being a loft type there is no separation of rooms therefore the bedroom and the bathroom do not have doors, only curtains. I spend most of my time away from home, so guests will often be alone in the apartment.

20 min by metro is the quintessential gay neighborhood of Barcelona, Eixample, better known as "Gayxample" 😜

The airport is 30 minutes by metro or train from the apartment
The Sagrada Familia basilica 15 minutes by metro from the apartment.
Sitges (gay town and Playa del Muerto beach) 40 minutes by train from Sants station
Plaza España (Montjuic cruising area) 15 min by metro from my apartment.
I have a rental scooter in case you want to move around the city more comfortably :)
