-Being in an elegant building, it requires the utmost respect of the neighborhood and the public attitudes and avoiding annoying noises especially after 11,00pm and 8,00am
- To protect the environment, you are encouraged to turn off the air conditioning when you are not at home or if the windows are open in order to avoid an unnecessary energy waste. The same goes for heat pumps that are able to heat rapidly and intensively throughout the apartment.
- Please take out the rubbish (the bins for separate waste collection are just around the corner)
- The apartment is in perfect condition and with normal use there will be no problem to keep it that way. The period furniture require a minimum of extra attention, such as curtains and tapestries.
- For Florence administration ******** collect the city tax on your bookinq, it is 4,00 Euros per person for 7 days at maximum.
- For the Italian's law, We need to declare all our guests so please send us your passport copy or during check in time We will take a picture of it. Thank for your collaboration.
