This large bedroom with a very comfortable twin size daybed (not a couch or futon!) shares a huge bathroom with the master suite which is on the same floor across a walk-through dressing room.
Whereas not all the brownstone is clothing optional, this private floor always is.
The brownstone is located in a quiet area of Hamilton Heights, away from the noise and crowds of midtown, yet within easy reach of Columbus Circle, which is only 2 stations away on the express line (either A or D).
I work from home teaching (classical) music in the second floor. However, in the evenings after 8 pm and mornings prior to 10 am I do not teach if there are guests staying in order to respect their sleep.
The brownstone is drop dead gorgeous and the price/value ratio can't be beat.
Subject to availability, an upgrade to a larger room with a larger bed and with a private bathroom is also possible for a small additional fee.
