The Jesmond metro is only a 2 min walk away at the end of the street (Jesmond is 1 stop away from city centre) but you can easily walk into the heart of the city. For reference, it is a 5min cycle from the flat to the top of the main shopping street. This also means that getting to/from the airport from the flat is extremely easy and cheap (just a metro ride away!). A guest pass for "The Gym" gym in city centre is also sometimes available.
The apartment is modern, with a large shower (rainforest shower head), washer, dryer, dishwasher, kettle, oven/stove, WiFi, heated towel rail, etc. There is also a projector with Netflix/Amazon/Disney available.
There is a lovely sofa bed available where you will have privacy and will not be disturbed. There is also to the option to use your own entrance to the flat.

The metro is at the end of the street so getting to/from the airport is extremely easy and handy or even to the bay area (for a seaside walk/fish and chips) or into the city.
