Smoking is only allowed outside. If you break this rule, we will charge you an extra $300.00. No incense or pungent oils of any kind. Marijuana can only be consumed outside. No vaping in the house.
Humidifiers are forbidden. They leave a fine white dust on everything and require extensive cleaning, for which we will charge an extra $300.00.
You are free to use the washer and dryer in the laundry room which separates the units. The door by your tv will lead to the back yard via the laundry room. Machines are free but you need to buy your own soap. Do not wash shoes, plastics or items not intended for a washing machine. Absolutely no dyes are to be used. Laundry room is only open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. (21h - 9h)
If you lose your keys, you will be charged $25.00
All windows and doors must remain closed when using heating or air conditioning. Please do not run the air conditioner or the floor heater with the door or windows open. Also, do not set the air conditioner lower than 70F. It will freeze up and be inoperable for up to 48 hours while it thaws.
We reserve the right to send guests an invoice for damages. Please tell me immediately if there is an issue, so it can be resolved quickly and easily!
