-No excessive noise at anytime.
-Additional overnight guests must be declared prior to stay.
-Small gatherings and get togethers are encouraged, but please keep the neighbours and that this our home in mind.
Outdoor fireplace:
- Do not leave the fire unattended
- Do not overload the fireplace
- Burn only wood provided by Host
- Do not extinguish the fire with water, wait for the fire to die down to coals
- Place mesh grate on front of fireplace when fire dies down and your finished using
Outdoor Kitchen:
An outdoor kitchen is provided to enjoy the beautiful weather. Due to the nature of outdoor activities and weather, we do not clean the outdoor kitchen to the same standard as indoors. Please make sure you clean this area before and after each use.
Candles and Open Flames:
Burning, lighting or use of candles, insense, oil based fragrance, or anything with an open flame is not allowed in the space.
