Walking distance to Alexanderplatz and the TV Tower, Alexa Shopping Center, the old Mitte district, the iconic Kino International and Cafe Moskau on Karl-Marx-Allee with its famous architecture, and the beautiful river leading to Museum Island and the Reichstag.
There's several beer gardens and two beach bars close by. Clubbers can walk to KitKatClub, Tresor and even Berghain. Prenzlauer Berg and Central Kreuzberg are a 10 minute scooter or bike ride away, Neukölln a few stops on the underground.
PS while this flat is not inside the traditional “gay district” of Berlin, you will find that most cities have moved on from this geographical limitation and you’ll be able find a lot of gay bars all around Berlin.
