About the place

Welcome to one of Nerja’s most modern and luxury communities. Just finished the construction summer 2021. It is located just below Capistrano Village and right next to the popular supermarket Mercadona.
The property is a Penthouse comprising of 2 floors with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and with a very large terrace on each floor. The terraces have fabulous ocean view and spans from South-West-North, where you can have fabulous evening sunsets. The access to the terraces is from both living and bedrooms.
The first floor comprises of a integrated kitchen and living room, which have full length sliding glass doors onto the terrace, a good sized Bathroom with shower, and a Master bedroom, also with glass doors opening up towards the terrace with excellent views.
The second floor comprises 2 bedrooms, which sleeps 2 persons each (single beds that can either be put together or separated), and a fully equipped Bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms on the upper floor have sliding glass door access onto the upper terrace, which also have 270 degrees panoramic views over ocean, downtown and the mountain above Capistrano Village.
The property is equipped with central heating/cooling system providing comfortable temperature for each room.
High Speed Fiber Internet (300Mbit/s) access with both Wifi and LAN cable access, and TV with 100+ channels in various languages such as English, German, Spanish, Swedish etc.

On the terraces there is a spacious eating table fitting 6 people and also 2 sun loungers.
A large and modern swimming pool is available for use in the community with sun loungers. (Closed Dec-March)

The size of the duplex is 93m2, plus 50m2 terrace.

The community Royal Palm is conveniently located close to N340 road, with Capistrano Village on its north, and Capistrano Oasis on it’s east.
