This is a large flat in a quiet area facing a lovely park. There is free parking on the premises. Catford and Catford Bridge stations are only a 5min walk away, taking you into central London in 20min. The room is a large double, fully furnished including a desk space in your room. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared spaces but I am the only person living in the flat. I am very clean, quiet, considerate and love to be a host.

There is a large park just opposite the flat with plenty of walking routes and places for relaxation as well as tennis and basketball courts. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket 5 minutes away, right next to the train stations and a large Tesco 15 minutes away. There are plenty of really lovely cafes and even a local cinema called Catford Mews, check the website! I moved here from an area much more central to London but I am loving the green spaces and a more relaxed pace of life with the possibility of getting into central London in under 20 minutes, I am sure you will love it too!
Catford Bridge station trains take you to London Bridge in 13 minutes, London Waterloo East in 18 minutes and Charing Cross in 20 minutes. From Charring Cross is a short walk to Soho, less than 10 minutes.
Catford Station trains take you to Elephant and Castle in 20 minutes and London Blackfriars in 25 minutes.
All these stations connect you to anywhere in London via the Tube lines so you will not have any problems moving around in London!

Respect the neighbours, the communal areas and the flat itself. I will do the same!
Guests will be expected to clean after themselves, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. The general rule is to return everything after using it to how you have found it. For example, washing all dishes and putting them away after cooking, cleaning surfaces and the floor if any spillages, both in the kitchen and bathroom. I will do the same!
If listening to music, watching videos/movies on your computer or having meetings, please use head/earphones to minimise disturbance, particularly after 10 pm. I will do the same!
If you break anything or cause damage to the flat, including furniture, you will be expected to repay it accordingly.
I have these rules so that you also know what to expect from me: a clean, tidy, organised place that we both can enjoy.
