On the South side it has views over the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace, the living room and the bedroom. On the North side (kitchen and bathroom) it has views over the whole city of Malaga and it’s bay with the Sierra Nevada mountains in the background. The apartment has a communal swimming pool that is open during summertime. Possibility to add work station in bedroom with panoramic screen.

The apartment is a 7-minute walk from la Nogalera (where most of the gay bars and clubs are) and where you can also find the commuter train station. It takes 11 minutes to Malaga airport by train. It is also 8 minutes away from the Bajondillo beach. Malaga city is 20 minutes away by train.
