We are two gay friends that share a house, Rafa and Art. Art has a very small dog (Pomeranian) that stays in his room the vast majority of the time.
The room we offer is very private; it is on the lower floor of the unit, with access thru the garage or front door.
The property is in an amicable/quiet community in Oakland Hills and very close to downtown Oakland, only a 10 min drive. San Francisco is only 8 miles away. We offer parking (garage) space.
The room has TV with streaming services, walk-in closet (big enough for large bags). Shared spaces are the kitchen, dining, and living room.
Rafa (Rafael) works in San Francisco most days (including Saturdays), and Art (Arturo) works in Walnut Creek two days a week; the other three days, he does home office.
We are very friendly and respectful. We love outdoorsy activities and having friends over from time to time. We love and respect our space, and we ask everyone to do the same.
We welcome every gender and gender expression in our place. We conduct ourselves with a kind heart and a good sense of humor.
