NO SMOKING OR DRUGS permitted on the property at any time. Noise is to be kept to a minimum. Please no pets or bringing additional people to my home without prior owner consent. It needs to appear you are just here visiting a friend etc. and act the same manner. Pool and property are completely private so clothing optional is not an issue.
