The living area has a beautiful mural and colorful sound panel to help give you some privacy in the suite. The bathroom is flooded with sunlight thanks to a beautiful skylight. Lastly the kitchen has everything you need including a full sized washer and dryer!
The Kaibab Suite is a one bedroom, one bathroom suite that is separated from the main house via a locked door. You will enter the space from a private sidewalk and gate that is only shared with the Kaibab Casita which is a stand alone guest house in the back yard.

We're in a quiet neighborhood that's centrally located to the Biltmore (1.3 miles), Downtown Phoenix (4 miles), Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (5.3 miles), Downtown Scottsdale (7.3 miles) and the Desert Botanical Gardens (8 miles).
There is plenty of street parking in front of the home and there is a wonderful bakery two blocks away you can walk to for pastries in the morning.

The hosts took the time to best showcase their accommodation. Their home is now ready for your stay and they look forward to welcoming you as their first misterb&b guest!The Kaibab Suite does not have a dedicated outdoor space but you can slide open the large glass door and allow the fresh air inside. You also will not have control over the thermostat in the space. If you know you are a person who is very particular about the climate in a space this may not be the best fit for you. We obviously keep the A/C running in the summer months and provide a fan for the bedroom.
