Rules
• No Smoking in the house ($500 fee if detection of smoke after checking out) Must smoke outside only and use provided ashtrays, do not discard on furniture or ground.
• No jumping on furniture, respect the home.
• Grill must be cleaned after use and covered before checkout. ($50 charge if not cleaned)
• Guests must check out on time or will be charged $75 fee and for an extra day if over 2 hours.
• Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. (any disturbances caused on the property may cause you to be removed without a refund and penalties may be applied)
• Only toilet paper in toilet please everything else goes in trash can.
• Trash pickup is on Tuesday, please take the trash bins to the front of the yard on Monday night to be collected Tuesday morning and bring them back to the side of the home before the end of the day.
• The property only sleeps 10 people max any others is a violation and will be fined and removed.
• A working phone on file is required prior to check in or your reservation can be cancelled without a refund.
• Keep doors locked.
• Must submit a valid picture id prior to check in.
• Secondary number in case primary isn’t available.
