Have you ever been hosted by a friend? My hosting proposal is just like that, that's how I can keep it cheap and awesome for you at the same time.
My apartment is relatively big and spacious (approx. 90 sqm), with two spare rooms (other than mine); it has free wi-fi, a big living room with a spacious couch, - perfect for an evening watch-party - a smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and other streaming services (free of charge), a fully furnished and well-equipped kitchen, TWO fridges (I just ask you to bring your own groceries) and a pretty comfy bathroom with a nice bathtub and a bidet.
My hosting proposal is an alternative to the typical hotel and B&B accomodation. While you stay here, I will be your host as well as your housemate, and as you will be, for all intent and purposes, although of course it will be my priority to provide you with as much commodities as I can muster, just as if you were in your own home.
Please read the hosting rules and conditions very carefully though (you can find them below), because they obviously differ from the typical B&B experience; an example of that is that I won't provide you with a copy of the master keys, but I will always be present whenever you want to leave and come back.
Public Transport -wise, the house is very well placed, within 5 minutes on foot from the train station, Villapizzone. It is also well connected with buses and trams that can take you towards the city center in only 15 minutes (one of them is directly below the house and is also active at night), but can also take you outwards.
I also love to make breakfast for people, so if you feel like it, give me some notice ahead and I will make sure you can have a good meal in the morning within your tastes, to better face your day :)

The house is near a lot of really cool attraction of Milan.
First and foremost, it only takes 15 minutes to go to the city center, when one can see most of the famous monuments and attractions of Milan like the Duomo, the Galleria, a whole lot of Museums, the Sforzesco Castle, Sempione Park, etc... And also numerous fashion districts and venues like Prada, Gucci, D&G and the whole fashion industry package.
Entertainment-wise, it's difficult to list all of the possibilities.
The house is really near China-town with it's various pubs, bars and venues (my advice is to try La Chiesetta in Via Lomazzo) and to Corso Sempione.
Getting to the Navigli area is a little bit more complicated but still very doable, as it only takes a bus and half an hour.

As I said on the description, my place is very lax and permissive and has very few rules, but there are some which are important.
First and foremost, I usually prefer to host only men for a stay of more than 1-2 nights, even though this rule can be flexible in relation to the time of the year.
Second, unfortunately, I can't always allow pets in the house: that will depend on their size, their temperament and also on the other tenents that will be sharing the space at the time.
I also don't provide guests with keys to the apartment, so leaving the house and getting back are subject on my presence. Luckily, being a student myself, I rarely am not home at times in which tenents want to leave or get back, and I have a very clear schedule that I can share with you to better organize our plans.
For everything else, as I said, common sense and respect for others are the most important rule of them all. I expect every tenant to be as respectful and open-minded as they can be, otherwise I may have to ask you to leave.
