My pretty studio, calm on course, near Canal Saint-Martin can accommodate 2 people maximum. The kitchen area is equipped (induction hob, oven, coffee maker kettle ...) The bathroom is not small. The washing machine without option of drying ( dryer available at rue de Lancry). A large work desk equipped with WI-Fi will be happy to be used. Renovated with care in 2016, the accommodation is non-smoking :), it is never cold (heating with inertia in case of acute weakness).
The neighborhood is very pleasant with many theaters, and cafe terraces (Neighbors, Chez Prune, La patache), atypical restaurant (Jules and Shim, Gravity) boutiques street of Lancry (La cremerie, Italian caterer) The strolls near the canal Saint-Martin (at the end of the street) or going up towards the Buttes Chaumont (10min).
Located Metro Jacques Bonsergent (by foot) or République (1min by foot). Supermarkets (Monoprix, Biocoop, Naturalia), bakeries at the foot of the building (and "Bread and ideas" just behind).

The apartment is always delivered in a very good level of cleanliness. With freshly washed sheets, a small hand towel and bath mat will always be waiting for you in the bathroom.
Thank you for being kind to neighbors, no meeting possible in the apartment, there are plenty of cool places around all night :)
The stairwell has been redone, do not let your suitcase slam against the stairs, make your arms ^^. Take note that the apartment is on the 5th floor (without elevator).
If we find a lost or forgotten object, of course we contact you to know what to do with it.
