The space

The condo is a modern, remodeled mid-Century home. Entrance will be through the backyard, with private entrance to the home using a code.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with Television (There is no TV in the living room.)
Bedroom 2: Full bed
Bathroom: Full bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. Fantastic water pressure!! And plenty of room for your items.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, stove, Vitamix. Has cookware, dishware, plates, etc.
Parking: Neighborhood and street parking is easy to find and generally always available - no 2 hour parking limits on nearby streets. This is a rarity in San Francisco :-)
Street parking is very easy, nearly every hour of the week. I have not had a guest, yet, have trouble finding parking in front of the building.
If you would like garaged parking in the building, please ask when you book. Last minute requests cannot be accommodated It is available, on a limited basis - depending on dates, for $25 a day or $150 a week.

When inquiring about a stay, please let me know your purpose for the visit, and your expected check-in/check-out times.
If you would like to check-in before 5pm, this is the time to let me know, and I will TRY to make it happen. This helps me plan with the cleaner, as I cannot accommodate last-minute requests.
