This beautiful four and a half bedroom, three and a half bathroom, family home is located in Hout Bay, Cape Town. There are two patios as well to enjoy- one in the front of the house and one in the back.
The house has a studio apartment which is currently tenanted and has a separate section of outside space for their use. They have no views onto the main house spaces nor the use of the garden and pool.
Guests will have full and sole access to the main house without any interference. There is a washing machine in the garage should you wish to do laundry
The Granny flat which is tenanted will not interfere with you during your stay
