So of course my apartment has all the modern amenities you need. Central heating, Hot Water 24/h, High-speed Wi-Fi, double-glass windows. The Supermarket is 5 min, public transportation (Bus, Tram, S-Bahn and U-Bahn) just 3-5 min walking distance. Alexa shopping mall is just 350 mts of distance.

* The balcony is equipped with a table and 2 chairs, that can be used to eat during the summer. I will recommend being careful with our downstairs neighbors and do not throw anything on her balcony (cigarette butt).
