The apartment is in Hell's Kitchen area, close to all the Gay Bars, restaurants, and Times Square yet the apartment itself faces a courtyard, so it is quiet. Apartment is on the 5th floor and no elevator.
The bathroom has all toiletries (shampoo, soap, comb, earplugs etc.) with extra bath towels in the room.
The private bedroom has a decorative fireplace, warm and cozy in winter, a home office, and a home movie theater projector.
The separated living room has a TV with movie channels, games, and a massage table. The futon folds into a bed with extra pillows available. (This is where I sleep)
The kitchen/dining area is connected by a long hall and is fully equipped for cooking (pots, pans, plates, silverware, spices, etc.). Breakfast items are included, snacks, and coffee & tea. Guest may use as much coffee and tea as they like.

Hell's Kitchen Gay nightlife and restaurant row are very close (5-10 minutes). 5 minutes to Rise Bar (great happy hour). 5 minute walk to Columbus circle for transit throughout all NYC. The entrance to Central Park is only 7 minutes away. Many gyms are in the area such as Equinox and Crunch, which offer day passes. If its the weekend and you want to join me with my friends you are welcome to come.

Pets are allowed. Smoking only allowed on the rooftop, which is conveniently located upstairs on the roof top where I have provided an ashtray and chair (nice views of billionaire row too). Nudity is allowed (I have gay neighbors). No loud noise past 11pm. I work weekdays 6am until 6PM, so the apartment is to yourself most of the weekday. Hook-ups are fine, have fun.
