6. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM as a general rule, please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
7. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
8. Remove all trash and place in exterior bins.
9. Please report any damage immediately so we can arrange timely repairs or replacements.
10. Please treat the property and all its contents with care, as you would your own home.
11. For stays longer than one week, an additional cleaning will be required every 7 days.
Damage Costs & Applicable fees:
1. If a late check-in requires someone to meet you at the property, a €50 service fee will apply.
2. Unscheduled late check-out after 10:00 AM will incur an additional fee of €30 per hour.
3. For stays longer than one week, an cleaning service is required every 7 days at an hourly rate of €15.
4. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of €100. A damaged key set will incur a fee of €50. If the lock is damaged and needs to be replaced, a €250 fee will apply.
5. Heavy cleaning beyond standard housekeeping will be subject to an additional charge of €50 to €150, depending on the extent of the work required.
6. Broken or missing remote controls will be charged at the replacement cost of a new unit.
7. Badly stained or damaged towels or linens will be charged either the dry cleaning cost or the full replacement cost, depending on the extent of the damage.
