For your stay, there are exclusive spaces in the closets and well-sectored refrigerators.
We have and share basic products and food for cooking.
It also has a dishwasher, washing machine and products you need.
For long stays we invite those who can contribute with cleaning and domestic maintenance products (eg take out garbage, put away dishes).

We have 1 seasonal rooms available where there will be a flow between 1 or 4 people per floor.
We organize ourselves by means of house rules, fulfilling the responsibilities of maintenance, order and cleaning described in the rules set out in the description of the reservation request.
Likewise, with a little common sense and perception of the rhythm of the house, it can be easily adapted to our maintenance and cleaning routine, for which we give priority to having guests at home.

El piso se encuentra ubicado en la Plaza Del Carmen de Madrid la ubicaciĂłn mas conectada entre Gran Via y Sol. DĂa y noche es un punto de encuentro muy acogedor con terrazas y vida diurna y nocturna muy activa.
La zona mas LGTB+ esta a menos de 5min caminando, el barrio de Chueca, predominado por la cultura LGTB+, que además de su buen funcionamiento y opciones diurnas como tiendas, restaurantes, bares, cafés... La noche también está entre las más activas de Madrid seguidos del barrio bohemio vecino de Malasaña y Sol.
Tenemos a dos esquinas del piso, la calle Fuencarral, donde se concentran variedades de tiendas.
Estamos cerca de Gran VĂa, la principal calle comercial de Madrid como centro.
PrĂłximos a Puerta del Sol punto de encuentro cultural, turĂstico y comercial de experiencias gourmet, entretenimiento y ocio por toda la zona.
Nos rodeamos tambiĂ©n de puntos turĂsticos culturales como la Sede de la TelefĂłnica, variedad de Teatros por Gran VĂa, Paseo de la Castellana, Museo Nacional, Ayuntamiento de Cibeles, Instituto Cervantes Circuito Bellas Artes, Banco de España, Museo del Prado, Parque del Retiro y otros sitios icĂłnicos a explorar.

- Amigos y citas, siempre bien venido con total discreciĂłn y privacidad, respetando los espacios de uso compartidos, reducciĂłn de ruidos, manteniendo el orden y limpieza.
- Prohibido sesiones de chemsex y cualquier consumo de ilĂcitos.
- Mascotas, reuniones, fiesta, barbacoa, son bien venidos, con cargos adicionales y refuerzo mas rĂgido hacia las necesidades de limpieza, orden, ruido a consultar previamente con el anfitriĂłn.
