Being a super central area, very active and noisy, the room is located inside the apartment, reducing the NOISE FROM THE STREET.
The apartment has 3 ROOMS, one of the rooms being converted into a living room, if it is not occupied by a guest or member of the house.
The shared areas, BATHROOM AND KITCHEN is shared with one or two members of each room.
The KITCHEN is minimally equipped with appliances and utensils.
For storing your food, there are exclusive spaces in the sectorized cabinets and refrigerator.
We have an area for sharing food such as coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil, salt and other basic kitchen products as it arises.
Household cleaning and maintenance products available.
For hot days, from 30°C, we have shared air conditioning located in the living room, to complement thermal comfort, each room has fans with a water cooling system.

We are 3 permanent residents who alternate being only 1 or all 3 at a time. We have available the 3 rooms for guests on the platform where there will be seasons with a total flow of 1 or 5 people on the floor.
Everyone receives the same rules of coexistence available in the description of the reservation request.
As well as the house staff, it is very important to be attentive to the rules, maintain a policy of good coexistence with fellow housemates, the neighborhood and the host, leaving the spaces in minimum conditions of hygiene and use during your stay and at the end of your stay.
Likewise, with a little common sense and perception of the rhythm of the house, you can easily adapt to our maintenance and cleaning routine, by which we give priority to our coexistence.

The most LGTB+ area is less than a 10-minute walk away, the Chueca neighborhood, dominated by the LGTB+ culture, which, in addition to its good functioning and daytime options such as shops, restaurants, bars, cafes... Nightlife is also among the most active from Madrid followed by the neighboring bohemian neighborhood of Malasaña and Sol.
We are one corner from Gran Vía, the main shopping street of Madrid as a center.
