Everyone is welcome in my open-minded 1st floor ******** can't find more central place with tram and bus connections, also any food you desire, parks, squares and all amenities around, everything literally 2mins walking distance. Heart of the city, indeed.
Please don't requested more than 1 month prior your stay. Ideally, I am happy with one day prior, sometimes same day too.

The sleeping arrangements is that I keep in the room and you take the big couch with a big bed mattress that is not visible in the pics, but this can be discussed for an extra fee and we switch. The same bed can accommodate up to 2-3 people if placed next to the couch and 2-3 more the couch itself . The kitchen is when you enter the house and there are doors everywhere. There are 2 extra doors around the bathroom too. Everything locks and its surprisingly soundproof to the other rooms of the house (because of the doors). Im quite flexible for the stays. There are smoke alarms and carbon monoxide ones in all rooms, so smokers (and vapers) , enjoy the big green yard with benches downstairs.

I am a musician so you can use the paino, guitar, ukalele, harmonica, kazoos, cajon etc in the non-quiet hours (neighbours) . The place is quite cozy and there are switches and sockets everywhere.
I also do live piano streaming, so there are 2 cameras, one above the piano, one next to it. Both are strictly and visibly disconnected during stays (since i don't stream) and if this brings any uncomfortness, i can find way to remove or cover them entirely.
There is camera outside the building, from the restaurant. Very safe, anyways.
For parking, i am in the blue zone- search the parking system of the city if you need to.
Sorry, no pets because of my allergy. I have pillow pets to keep you company instead, as I love animals too.

Depending on the working schedule, I can show you around the city and hangout, but sometimes I work as pianist in bars or I have some events that I organise in the evenings, sometimes i take the piano out too! I will cancel the lessons I give when you are at home and I am quite sociable to include you to events with boardgames, theater improvs, music jams, language exchange meetings or whatever I orginise/ support.
I am also a veteran Couchsurfing Ambassador, so I know lots about hospitality.
