House Rules and Expectations

To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules and expectations:

Check-in/Check-out

•Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

• Please leave the apartment in such a state that it does not require excessive or deep cleaning.

• Place all trash in receptacles before you leave.

• Place all used towels in the shower.

• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

• Turn off all the lights when you leave.

• Return the key to the Lockbox and confirm you have checked out by sending a picture.

Maximum Occupancy

• The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 4 guests. This is a 1 bedroom apartment and is suitable for 2 guests. There is single and double air mattress available for use.

• Additional guests are not permitted.

Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within the building premises.

• Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.

Noise

• Please respect the privacy and tranquillity of our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late-night and early-morning hours.

• Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Parties and Events

• Parties and events are prohibited within the apartment.

• The events room may be available for use subject to availability and prior arrangement with host.

Pets

• Pets are not permitted within the apartment.

Common Areas

• The Spa Pool is accessible via Level 9.

• Hours of operation are 9.00 am to 10.00 pm.

• Please maintain cleanliness and respect the shared facilities. Please note residents come first and may have booked the use of the Spa.

• Dispose of all trash and recyclables in the designated bins.

• Do not leave personal belongings in common areas.

Parking

• Street parking is available near the building. There is also secured parking available at the Crown.

• Please respect parking regulations and avoid blocking access to other vehicles or pedestrians.

Housekeeping

• The apartment is fully serviced before your arrival and after your departure.

• Additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request and subject to an additional fee.

Maintenance

• Please report any maintenance issues to the host immediately.

• We will make every effort to address maintenance requests promptly.
