Although there is no-smoking allowed inside we do provide a comfortable smoke-friendly area outside on the property, this is also where you’ll find the 420-friendly zone.
The grounds are nice and somewhat peaceful and we really like it like that. And, since Palm Springs noise ordinances say 10:00pm is the official witching hour, we ask that you try to keep your louder outdoor activities to the daytime hours.

We’re a pet-friendly household and our dog’s name is Brodie. One of the suites available in the walled-in property, located in the heart of the Movie Colony, is a wonderful & safe place to stay when you travel with your well behaved pet.
Palm Springs is one of the most pet-friendly cities in the country, a place where dogs can run free at the local dog park, hike the many trails, walk on leash throughout the village and often find water bowls and doggie treats at many of the businesses.
If you are traveling with your pet, you should always carry a certificate of good health from your veterinarian. This certificate will state that your pet is in good health, free from parasites, and that its shot record is up to date.
When you make your reservation please notify us that your pet(s) will be joining you.
PET FEES
There is a $30 pet fee per night for one pet or a $50 fee for 2 pets
PET POLICIES
Pets must not be left alone in the room at any time or under any circumstances.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture without first putting down a covering in either the guest rooms or on all the other outdoor furniture areas.
Pet blankets are always available and will be provided for your pet.
Walk your pet often and pick up after your pet. Please preserve the beauty of our gardens.
If you wish to go to dinner or to another activity without your pet, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for your pet to be supervised.
Should your pet become disruptive, please excuse yourselves and calm your pet, so everyone can have an enjoyable stay.
