Upon entering, you are greeted by an open-plan living area that seamlessly blends elegance and functionality. The stylish living room flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, where a pass-through window makes it easy to serve meals to the large covered outdoor dining area. Expansive sliding doors blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living, offering the best of both worlds.

The villa’s outdoor terrace is an inviting space for al fresco dining or unwinding in the shaded lounge area. The Primary Suite offers both interior and exterior access, a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, and breathtaking ocean views. Bedrooms two and three are located on the opposite side of the villa and feature king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and both interior and exterior access. Situated on the lower level, bedroom four, is a private studio ideal for guests seeking additional seclusion.
