Serendipity Flat offers a beautifully airy flow, with a minimalist living area that seamlessly opens onto a spacious, tranquil terrace. The terrace is thoughtfully designed with inviting lounges, serene dining areas, and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and entertaining, all while offering stunning views of the lush greenery of Villa Padierna Golf and the iconic Gibraltar.
This property features two beautifully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom offers direct access to the terrace and includes an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a double bed, its own access to the terraces, and an en suite bathroom. Both rooms are thoughtfully crafted with minimalist elegance.
You can also relax and soak up the sun by the swimming pool, enjoying uninterrupted views.

We will send you the check-in details once your booking is confirmed. You'll receive all the necessary information about the check-in process at that time. Please note: Check-ins after 8:00 PM are considered late check-ins and are subject to a €50 fee, payable upon arrival.
Serendipity Flat is part of Villa Padierna community. One of the most sought-after places in the area of Marbella, famous not only with its amazing golf course but also with its exclusive villas.
Only a few minutes driving from our flat you will find all kind of amenities like supermarkets, bars, golf restaurants, pharmacies and more.
With nearby beaches like Playa del Saladillo. And for shopping and dining, Puerto Banús and Marbella Old Town are just a short drive away.
Nature lovers can enjoy hiking in the Sierra Bermeja Mountains, while day trips to Gibraltar or Ronda are easily accessible. The area also offers excellent wellness and spa options, perfect for relaxation.
The most convenient way to get around and visit nearby areas is by car, offering easy access to beaches, towns, and attractions. Taxis and ride-sharing services are great for short trips, while local buses provide a budget-friendly option, though less frequent. For nearby spots, walking or biking is possible, especially along the coast.
Please carefully review the following rental policies and charges before proceeding with your booking:

House Rules:
1. Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm, please note that anytime after that could be subject to an extra charge.
2. Check-out time is at 10am, please inquire in advance for a late checkout.
3. No pets allowed, unless specifically approved in advance.
4. Strictly no smoking inside the property.
5. No parties or events allowed.
6. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM as a general rule, please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
7. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
8. Remove all trash and place in exterior bins.
9. Please report any damage immediately so we can arrange timely repairs or replacements.
10. Please treat the property and all its contents with care, as you would your own home.
11. For stays longer than one week, an additional cleaning will be required every 7 days.

Damage Costs & Applicable fees:
1. If a late check-in requires someone to meet you at the property, a €50 service fee will apply.
2. Unscheduled late check-out after 10:00 AM will incur an additional fee of €30 per hour.
3. For stays longer than one week, an cleaning service is required every 7 days at an hourly rate of €15.
4. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of €100. A damaged key set will incur a fee of €50. If the lock is damaged and needs to be replaced, a €250 fee will apply.
5. Heavy cleaning beyond standard housekeeping will be subject to an additional charge of €50 to €150, depending on the extent of the work required.
6. Broken or missing remote controls will be charged at the replacement cost of a new unit.
7. Badly stained or damaged towels or linens will be charged either the dry cleaning cost or the full replacement cost, depending on the extent of the damage.
8. Missing decor, books, or kitchen items will be charged at the full replacement cost of the item.
9. Smoking inside the property will come at a penalty fee of €200.
10. Unauthorized pets will incur an additional charge of €150, plus the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required.
11. Any non-compliance with community rules, antisocial behavior towards other residents, or unauthorized parties will result in a penalty of €500.
