The concierge is a 3rd party service with limited hours you have to contact via a separate app. There were bugs all over the unit (inside the fridge and dead ones in the freezer) beds, everywhere. I’ve stayed in Brazil often this was an abnormal amount. I was never able to access any of the amenities without a code that the 3rd party service needed another 3...
