In addition to our LGBTQ hosts and to help ensure a superior level of hospitality, we have selected agency partners to offer more listings in cities around the world. Each partner has agreed to sign a non discrimination policy, in particular on the basis of sexual orientation.

Why add these listings?
We believe they are a good alternative in locations where we have less hosts/no host. They also address the needs of LGBTQ travelers who may occasionally be more interested in such listings rather than in the experience at a 100% gay resort or with a misterb&b host. At this point though, we haven’t been able to vet their welcoming attitude and acceptance of the LGBTQ community.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.

All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 6. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. The apartments only accepts guests aged 25 or over. Proof of age may be required. Please supply the apartments with a date of birth in the comments section when booking, or within 24 hours from the time of booking otherwise the reservation may be cancelled. Late check in, after 19:00, incurs a GBP 25 charge. Check-in instructions: We do not operate a reception on site we therefore ask that you indicate at booking your estimated time of arrival. Credit card details are required as a security bond and may be used to cover any damage or breakages. Our office opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 16:00. Duty Manager on call 24 hours. For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made. Groups policy: Reservations of 2 or more rooms, by any one client, on any one day will be considered a group booking, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note: if you wish to stay in an apartment with a balcony or river views, there will be a supplement of GBP 10 per night. Multi storage parking available next door at Liverpool Waters Car Park. No reservation is needed.
