Staff & location & roomsize ****
BUT: No Spa, no bar, no foodservice (except breakfast)
Problems with watersupply and waterpressure in bathroom on 5th floor.
This hotel claims a 4 ****Boutique Hotel. Definately NO 4****
My (big) suite had milkyglass windows - no view outside, no balcony - sad atmosphere.
