This is a cozy, contemporary condo conveniently located within walking distance of an expansive shopping mall, small eateries, and even a virtual arcade. It includes everything needed for real life living. There is hot water for the shower and an AC unit (which is a must since the condo fronts a busy, noisy avenue and we kept the sliding glass door closed)....
